APV Wins $550,000 Grant On Behalf Of Client, Pioneer Energy - Sept 1, 2010

American Pioneer Ventures recently won a $550,000 grant on behalf of their client Pioneer Energy. The Pioneer Consortium is developing technology that will allow domestic oil, located underground in tapped-out wells, to be recovered, while generating clean, distributed electric power and removing CO2 from the atmosphere.

Service Packages and Pricing

American Pioneer Ventures provides three main service packages. Each of the packages can be provided in its own right or in any combination with the other two, depending on the need of the client.

In addition to the services listed, our affiliate firm American Patent Agency PC can help  you file for and get a patent issued on your invention.

For a select few projects, American Pioneer Ventures will provide services with no upfront fees. American Pioneer Ventures will only offer this to clients that have a very compelling value proposition, after a thorough internal review. American Pioneer Ventures will have sole discretion as to this offering. In case a client is offered this option, compensation to American Pioneer Ventures will be made solely by equity, success-based cash fees and patent co-ownership, negotiated individually with the client.

American Pioneer Ventures will consider discounting its fees for more equity in the project, company co-ownership and cash fees from raised funds. American Pioneer Ventures will reserve its discretion regarding how much of a discount, if at all, is given to any client, based on an internal review process of the project. Final terms for retaining American Pioneer Ventures will be finalized in individual contracts with each client.
