Fundraising is critical for any company, especially a new venture. While it is true that there is more money than there are good ideas, finding that money is often a burdensome endeavor for early stage entrepreneurs. APV looks strategically at both private and public sources of funds, including government grants and unique sources of funding like the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ("the Stimulus Plan"). APV pursues SBIR grants, finds private investors, and helps entrepreneurs leverage their own capital with additional government money.
